Great location, friendly staff, clean room

Great location. Unfortunately there is no elevator and our room was up 3 flights of stairs with luggage a challenge.
Breakfast was great with Nespresso coffee.
Easy to walk entire Avignon sites. Frederick gave us excellent info on what to see and where to eat.
Charming Boutique hotel although the streets cape next to a Tattoo parlour was a bit off putting . However only one block to main shopping street with lots of restaurants nearby. Modernized clean room. Overlooked a brick wall- go for superior garden suite.

The manager was so helpful. He showed us a map on how to find free parking and was waiting for us to check in even though we were a little late because we did not understand how to park our car during check in. Very good stay and located well for walking the area.
