Very nice hotel, safe, clean and comfortable. Very easy to walk around in the inner rings. Right close to the zoo and about 100 restaurants within a10 minutes walk

We had top floor so room was small but very clean and right by the 14 Tram. We mostly walked the 20-30 min into town

The staff at reception were great. We found them friendly and helpful. We also liked the location of the hotel because the places we wanted to visit were nearby and the tram stop was just outside the front door of the hotel.
