The staff was absolutely amazing! My daughter lost her bag with her passport in it yesterday. We thought all hope was lost! The station supervisor called the hotel and let them know they found it, and the hotel staff tracked us down to let us know we could go back and pick it up today! That kind of service is unheard of and was absolutely amazing!!!

Great location near Tower of London and TUBE Tower Station.
Room and hotel in very good condition.
Used Executive Lounge for refreshments and light breakfast. Self serve with reasonable choice.
Only minor issues with random hot water temperatures and sticky shower door.
Would stay again.
