We had a very nice stay at Hotel Parq Central. The hotel has a beautiful, modern décor that gives it a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Martin and Alex, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The only disappointment was that we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop views. We weren’t aware that the rooftop area is part of a restaurant, and guests aren’t able to sit there unless they purchase food or drinks. It would have been nice to know that in advance.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. The excellent customer service and stylish accommodations made for an enjoyable visit.
