Love the private room. Nice view of the lake, walking distance from city centre, self-service check-in. I would consider to stay here again.
Only thing to consider would be to coleção rubbish at least once a day because daily clean is not provided.

I'm the day of my check in my ride canceled so i needed to go by bus to Queenstown.
I was concerned that i might get there after 8pm.
I tried 4 times to call between 8am-8pm and every time the call went unanswered.
Twice i left a voice mail (as suggested) asking to be called back. I was not called.
When i got to the reception (before 8pm) it was unmanned and i had to call a number. I called and the young female who answered was short with me when i said i wanted to check in. Obviously I had interrupted her dinner despite it being 30mins before reception closed.
The check in was mechanically fine but didn't leave me inspired to visit again or to recommend HHQL.
I'm not asking for much. Just a little courtesy.
