Nauell is an excellent receptionist. He knows of all the see worthy places, tells you how to get there, knows of good restaurants, very helpful and immediately gets to work when you need help, the AC in the room is a life saver and the location is top notch.
Really liked my stay.

The entrance passcode provided in the email was incorrect. Had to wait at the front gate for 5-10 min and called a couple times before someone finally picked up the phone and gave me the correct code to enter. They have charged my credit card before my arrival and I wasn’t given the option to pay by cash. The lock of the front gate was malfunction on my 3rd day of stay hence people couldn’t go out and were stuck inside for 15 minutes. The room I stayed was next to the stairs and there were door closing noises throughout the night. Overall a clean and safe place for backpack travellers.
