This was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean, 24 hour reception, comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Car park was free and right outside. No issues at all. Very good value.

Lovely location with Wooky Holes on the doorstep of the Hotel.
Room was basic but clean and had everything you'd want fir an overnight stay.
Lovely grounds for a walk.
Only negative was bath taps had hot water, but the shower had only had cold water. The mixer thermostat was obviously faulty. Talking to other guests, this seemed to be a common fault as others said their shower only had cold water too.

This is our regular Hotel when visiting wells to see family, Always get a good welcome, nice big rooms, with a traditional bath tub which we both love as only have wet room at home, it was very busy at breakfast,we were greeted and sat down smoothly, the Breakfast offer gets better every time we visit, food quality was excellent, looking forward to our next visit.
