The hotel has an amazing central location in Guadalajara, staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed, and very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

I had a very short stay. Came in at midnight after work and dinner. Ching in was tedious and slow! I was exhausted! Took close to 25 minutes. Woke up at 8:00 and checked out!
End of story.

The overall design of the property is quite appealing. However, the lighitng in the rooms was not great - for the bathroom and the bedroom area. It made gettting ready a bit difficult.
The bar & restaurant staff wete pleasant, just unavailable. We had to find them at times.
Location is excellent!
