The fridge was to close to the bed. Noisey at night. Also the plug to the kettle was too short. When the kettle was lifted up the base would fall to the ground. They also need to get their phone lines sorted, because you can't get through to them at all.

Everything was spot on .
The hosts and staff were very friendly and they all went out of their way to make our stay a good one
Dining at Snooze is to be recommended and breakfast was excellent, all fresh produce.

Seamless check in by a friendly professional member of staff. The hotel is in a good position close to the pier, with guaranteed Parking at hotel which is a bonus in a busy resort.
The hotel is lovely with great bar and, restaurant, with large comfortable bedrooms.
The hotel provides a fabulous breakfast with lots of choice, the best cooked breakfast we have had in a hotel.
We will return.
