Good room, good staff, good amenities, good location, only one elevator so it can be a bit inconvenient if not able to use stairs, coin dryer is not very effective

The hotel is inflexible. We needed to adjust our schedule depending on what time the room cleaning is done. I also asked if we can stay one more hour after the designated check out time, which I think is accommodated by most of the hotels worldwide, but I was asked for an one hour over stay charge for that!
