Our stay was great! We were in town for a BTS concert, and this hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel is a little outdated, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. The room was clean, and the overall experience was very pleasant.
I called around 8 AM to ask if an early check-in was possible, and they called me back within an hour to let me know they had a room ready for me. There was an additional fee for the early check in, but honestly, it was well worth it and very convenient, especially since we were there for the concert.
The man and young girl at the front desk were both very nice, welcoming, and professional. They made the experience even better!
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
