The complimentary breakfast was good and the customer service. I had one situation which was my water not being hot and my phone not working but when I say they got on it asap, i mean asap. I still wouldn't take away from them receiving a 10 out of 10. Beautiful hotel and hospitality was great.

NOT ideal if you hope to travel into NYC. The hotel itself is nice, clean etc. But there are NO accessible bus stops or public transportation from the property. So unless you have your own car, you’ll have to call an Uber/taxi to get into town… which can be pretty expensive! If you have a car and your business is in Fort Lee, this is a great stay for the price!
