Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Great access to the BTS
The staff are lovely with quality amenities provided in the room. Frette slippers and linen, Delicious made to order breakfasts were a highlight. Would definitely stay here again

I liked the room design. Like you’re in a home and not a chain hotel. Comfy bed and great shower. However, as with many hotel today, the light system was confusing and unnecessary. Too many setting and buttons and not straightforward. Also it seems AC is not independent so I froze several nights. Could provide things like fresh fruit daily and not just once. One suggestion to improve visibility and use in all lifts is to paint the words next to buttons in a contrasting colour. As of now it’s almost the same as the walls and hard to read, especially if you wear glasses. Restaurants are good service and quality except endless questions about food allergies which gets annoying. People can read and should and it feels like I’m being talked down to.
