Better than the pictures. Amazing view!

We had a bit of a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the location is fantastic if you are looking to explore the area. It is highly convenient and sits right near the F-road, making it incredibly easy to get out and visit the nearby waterfalls. The staff we encountered were also very friendly and welcoming. However, we ran into a pretty unappealing issue in our room. When we pulled back the sheets late nigh, we found dead bugs in our bed. Fortunately, they weren't alive, so we just dusted them off and moved past it, but it was definitely not what you want to see. If you don't mind a potential hitch in housekeeping for the sake of an amazing location and friendly service, it's a nice place to stay - just be sure to check the bed before you settle in.

Great guest house! The room was quiet with a spacious private bathroom. Towels and sheets were clean, shampoo and conditioner were included, and it was a nice quiet area. Room was overall great and have no complaints there! Dinner was also delicious! Got the burger and it tasted just like back home. Fries were also seasoned nicely! Staff was kind and friendly and treated us nicely! Also since the place is pretty remote I was very luckily able to see the northern lights! Had to drive about 400 meters off the road because of lights in the area but I could see them from outside my bedroom window! Definite highlight of my trip. Only possible complaints could be that there were a lot of flies and gnats in the morning but I only dealt with them during check-out and that it's a 20KM drive on gravel road to get to the place but those weren't that bad. I would definitely go back again if given the chance!
