Very nice large room, Clean and quiet.
No breakfast in the Hotel, but can be found at a nearby local Market.
Good to start your Walk to the old town.

Chu Hotel is a small boutique hotel offers good value for money, walking distance from nigh bazaar and Chang Mai Old City. The hotel is at quiet site but throwing distance to many attractions. Room is huge, and comfort. Staff are friendly and warm.
