The address given is the office address and for the smaller rooms, for family suites, it’s a building two doors down so if you have luggage do not drag it all to the office to know that you have to drag it all down to go to the next building.
Excellent , excellent location !!! Close to everything , shopping, attractions. We walked to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Fountains ( longer walk but doable)
Towels, bath gowns were provided and cleaned rooms everyday. Our fridge was not functional and they didn’t bother to change. Beautiful balcony overlooking the Roman streets.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, five to the Spanish Steps, five to the Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes by Metro (subway) to the Vatican. Fine dining and dozens of nice restaurants and shops close by. Historic Basilica Sant’Andrea della Fratte a couple blocks away. Historic building completely modernized guest hotel. Attentive staff. No sign on the outside, and building and registration areas often locked, stairs up a half floor. Worth it!
