If there is a cooling system, we did not find it!! Of course we were there on a nice hot day in the top floor suite, but my husband figured out how to open the windows which was very nice and kept it mostly comfortable especially at night.
Bathroom was clean and the room was spacious. The stairs a quite the climb so don't excersice first, you wont need it 😅. Loved the rooftop views and accessibility. Worked out fine for a 1 night stay on Reeperbahn!

it was a good stay, and the room was cleaned everyday which was a nice touch. Yes, it was a little loud on the weekend, but that is to be expected when you are on the most sinful block in Europe
