Quiet location for a great stay in Gion district. Walkable to a lot of locations. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast we're great fuel to start Kyoto adventure days.

Surprisingly large room, very nice fancy bathroom. Only regret is not staying longer. It’s very unassuming on the outside but has very nice rooms and great staff.

Perfect location and very nice small hotel!
Hard Japanese beds on the floor.
Very nice staff!
Small breakfast area with only 12 seats. Very limited selection and they also ran out of items.
