I was in an oceanfront room on the end by the pool and on two of the days there was a family that was down there and totally dominated the pool area by their extremely loud music which i heard from my room with door shut . This should not be allowed in public shared areas . I came in on thurs and fri night at 5 pm I called to see why my room was not cleaned and was told well they just did not get to it . Im sorry what would happen if my payment didnt make it . I feel like management needs to be a little more aware of whats going on . I have stayed at the dunes for the last three years and feel like something has changed. Hopefully this review makes them aware of some issues.

The rooms were amazing so clean and stocked. So comfortable and quiet. Everyone was so nice. The balcony and view were wonderful. We are hoping to stay again someday
