I had a wonderful stay. I recevied a warm greeting and warm cookies on my arrival! The room was very nice with a good view of Lake Wakapitu. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was great! The daily housekeeping was excellent with plenty of clean towels (in Switzerland I had to practially beg for more towels and even one washcloth). The TV was easy to navigate with loads of local and cable channels. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Queenstown.

The room was large with a nice view of the lake. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options.
The hotel is in a quiet location close to the airport with walking distance to a small shopping centre.
There were nice walking paths around the lake.
All staff are very friendly and helpful.
