Stunning hotel. Luxury but not too stifling. Well balanced pool, rooftop and bar. Easily accesible by car. Within 10 minutes of everything. Downside is I booked a suite with the m avenue view and I wasnt impressed that the balcony is closed off and the other you couldnt actual see through the metal screen. The staff werent at all helpful. Lazy. Every time we called reception we would get no answer and if ever anyone did answer they would promise to do something and never do it. We had heating problemd with the shower and felt we couldnt be bothered to say anything because they wouldnt do anything anyway.Shame. Some of the staff like the lady cooking pancakes and omelettes. She was phenomenal.
