This was a nice stay dispite the clerk was on a computer screen skyping our sign in and exit meanwhile 2 staff members sat behind counter and never talked to us at all. Makes it poor welcoming feeling. I just like more of a connection with hosts vs a screen. It is very sad.

It was a nice stay. The room was nice bathroom clean. My problem was there wasnt a person in house most of the time. There was a kiosk in the lobby. Thats how business was conducted. If you had a nonstandard question there was no quick answer. English was not the first language. The accents were very difficult to understand over a speaker. My card was doubled billed. It was not corrected.
