Great breakfast, parking right next to the building for 100 TL a night.

This was the best budget hotel we stayed in Istanbul. Since it is a new build, the rooms are excellent and it comes with a great buffet Turkish style breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. Be warned that neighbourhood can be noisy so light sleepers should take ear plugs, but the noise does lower after 10:30pm.
The manager speaks some English which is quite rare for Şanlıurfa. He also offers tours, but by his own admission is not a proper tour guide. He seems to be well known in the area. We would definitely stay again

The property is very new and the rooms are very large. Very close to the centre of Sanliurfa.
No lift in a new hotel is strange. Parking was paid. Staff tried to charge more than the amount on Expedia. Equipment in room not in great condition.
