Beautiful hotel, very clean, with a good breakfast, and it’s located on the lake beach. The only issue with the hotel is that it doesn't have air conditioning.

Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. They didn’t even have an extra ice bucket or ice as the wedding was using them all and drained their ice machine. Pretty disappointing at this level of hotel. Staff were for the most part quite cold and not all that welcoming at checkout in and check out. They need some hospitality training for sure.

Great location in between thun and interlaken, staff was incredible, the Dayana/bath house was an incredible surprise. Would love to stay again.

This hotel is in the most beautiful setting right on Lake Thun. A gorgeous lawn leading down to the lake with recliners, tables and chairs, a bar, large chess board, and a place to go swimming. They also have a wonderful spa. The breakfast has so much variety to keep you going for the day. I especially loved the view from my room with a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains.
