This hotel offers very good value for money in a lively part of Paris, with easy connection to the main railway stations. There are any number of good cafés nearby - my favourite is "Chez papa", with hearty food from the SW of France. My only slight reservation is that there is no lift- a little daunting if you arrive with luggage and your room is on the 5th floor!

This hotel offers great value for money in a part of Paris which is less well known to tourists but still very accessible - 20 minutes by metro from Gare du Nord or Gare de Lyon. There are a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby, including "Chez Papa" specialising in food from SW France. A great place for a stop over ot even for a longer stay in Paris.
