It was unusual not to meet the owners, I could have walked and knocked on the owners door if I needed anything but would have felt like I was intruding. Maybe this is just how things are done these days. Nice place, they included breakfast which was excellent and it was close to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia

The room was very clean parking was good the jets in the tub were very weak didn’t really see the staff but the girl I spoke to over the phone was very nice and helpful the tv was very hard to get stations watched them the first night couldn’t get them to work the next night ac was very cold the worst part was the breakfast it was terrible I’m talking about the food raw bacon and bad selection couldn’t even get just eggs and bacon they served it as a omelette the meat was awful me and my wife could not eat it

Room was comfy with snacks and lovely linens . The sauna was a nice extra when the weather was pretty chilly and windy out in town all day . Even though we had breakfast off site , we ended up really liking how it got us up and out into town and we liked the little drive as the fall colors were spectacular

This was a great place to stay. Was very comfortable and the inn was a beautiful place. I was surprised, I thought that breakfast was on site. Breakfast is offsite and I never wound up eating it so that is something to remember if you’re expecting to be able to walk downstairs to eat breakfast. But overall very comfortable and a great place to stay. It was extremely relaxing to be there and quiet.
