Staff was very friendly and helpful. Booked an airport transfer for me that was late night and then an early morning return. Also had a breakfast packed and waiting for me. I was traveling solo and staff took extra care and escorted me to my room and checked that everything was ok.
Istanbul is a HUGE airport and had I known the time it would take to just get to the exit, I might not have gone through the trouble of the hotel, but it was worth it for the few hours of great sleep I got.
