Solo Travel Review: I'd recommend this hotel if staying in Osaka. Very safe and quiet area and is walk distance to a grocery store, family mart, and 7-11.
As far as the hotel itself; the staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The check-in process was very fast and they received my luggage from a other hotel. The room itself was very clean and decent size for a solo traveler. Only thing I would note is that this hotel doesn't ship out luggage to other hotels; you may need to use the family mart or 7-11 to ship out your luggage.
