Beautiful street and convenient location. The room was spacious and had charm. We were lucky to have the only balcony suite. I found the shower had a bit of mold on the tiles and the carpet a bit dingy but the rest was very clean and nicely cared for.

My stay here was great! Staff were super helpful, breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Note: Google maps took me to the wrong side of the street to the Marriott. This hotel entrance is a brown wooden door just to the left of Harry's Bar. There is a buzzer there that says- The Shire Hotel- then you go up one floor for the reception desk.
