Cuisine could improve, then market restaurant.
Restaurant is dark and drab. Change tablecloths to white or soft yellow. Make more attractive with simple live flower centerpieces and battery candles.
Female servers in restaurant and bar need to be much more attentive. They only stop by the table to take and bring orders. They don’t check in betweens to check for your needs. It was hard to get their attention to pay the bill.
These are reasons why the bar could be losing money. They serve drinks and never return to offer food or more drinks.
Dramatic difference with hotel reception staff.
Add more vases with live flowers in reception room too.
I will return to hotel but avoid restaurant and bar.
