Decent olde world hotel which has quite a bit of charm going on. Everything was fine, nice big room and aircon worked well. It's in the middle of Coral Gables and there's few breakfast options down the road.
The free trolley stops very near and there's no need to come by car.
I recommend the vending machine situation on the 2nd floor is moved downstairs. It's noisy and I'm not sure a huge number use it. I'd prefer also the traditional way of taking deposits IE they are held in a pending state on the card and this is removed once the room is checked over. The pay and refund is just a bit clunky in my mind.
Overall a good place to stay in S. Miami.

Cute hotel with real vintage charm. Loved the interior and decor. Just a heads up, the shower is extremely small, so be prepared for that. Our only real issue was parking. Both free street options were completely full, so we ended up paying for a garage. Otherwise, a great stay!

Was very surprised with this beautiful, clean , cozy and very good located hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Quiet , comfortable bed and pillow, bathroom cute and cozy and frat room for an incredible affordable price. We will definitely go back and recommend to everybody
