Ideal location with clean and modern amenities. What stood out to us was the full everyday cleaning service (yes including bed sheet change). This is unheard of for a budget business hotel in Japan! I will happily recommend this hotel to everyone

Very close to the train station and also accessible to any of the tourists spot suck as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro and Ueno etc.. it just takes within 3 stations to the above mentioned. Also, breakfast in the package is also satisfying and fulfilling every morning. It comes with plenty of choices that you can enjoy. Rice set is highly recommended as it could support you the whole morning. It was a pleasant stay and I would recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo. Tbh, that’s also my third time staying with JR Mets Akabane.

Our reservation was in error and they helped us find a room in the hotel for the missing date. Very courteous and helpful staff.
