The hotel is in a great location right by the train station and bus stops. There are many food options nearby as well as a mall. It is a walkable distance from the Fujinomiya Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine and the Mt Fuji Heritage Centre. Buses for Shiraito Falls and Lake Tanuki pick up right across the road. Staff are friendly; the breakfast was good and the rooms and common areas were clean.

The hotel is so quiet and beautiful. Had a great view of mt Fuji from our room, the room was modern style Japanese it was spacious and luxurious. Right next to fujinomiya station as well as taxi service. Staff were very helpful with luggage services. They offered breakfast, wake up calls, and even had activity guides at the front desk.

Hotel was conveniently situated close to the train station. Room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We got a room with a birds-eye view of Mt Fuji and were lucky to get a clear view in the middle of the summer. Breakfast was excellent, too.
