Very responsive, AC was unfunctional and they sent someone the day after to replace it.

It is way better than landmark vin home but VinHome has more convenient stores, restaurants, etc…

The apartment is clean and nice. Provided basic amenities. However, need to have a microwave. There is an electric stove, but it is challenging to use. When I asked for instruction how to use it; there was no answer. Generally, happy with the apartment cleanliness and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

To start, there was a hiccup with check in and we had trouble locating the access card keys to the unit. Previous tenants put them in the wrong mailbox. This is very annoying if you’ve travelled a long way and just want to rest. The cleanliness of the place was…acceptable for Vietnamese standards, but for North America would fail. Pros: -Great location and very safe area with all amenities close by but very cumbersome for drivers picking you up (faces an extremely busy major road-Song Hành Xa Lộ Hanoi) -Place is staffed with security -Located right next to a major mall, supermarket, via pedestrian bridge at An Phu Metro; can go straight to District 1 Ben Thanh or Suoi Tien in opposite direction -host was responsive to all inquiries Cons: -apartment had ants that made their way up to the 25th floor -area is very pricey since it’s a developed expat and business oriented clientele so you might not get a lot of street food options -the pictures posted are not what you’ll get; considering it’s modern Thảo Dien, I was expecting my apartment to look like the pictures -it looked NOTHING like the pictures Will I stay again? MAYBE if pictures are accurate and area had a good mix of new and old world Vietnam.
