Our hotel was really nice, excellently located in downtown Arequipa. The Staff were super nice (they all spoke predominantly Spanish so we were lucky that our son could translate everything for us). Everyone was really helpful, kind and friendly.
There were amazing food choices in Arequipa and we had 2 fantastic dinners there, at Kao and at ZigZag (Zigzag was amazingly good).
The only drawback was that on the Friday night there was a live band at the NightClub 4-5 doors down the street… they hammered out the hard rock until 3:00 am…ugh, we were so tired we ended up falling asleep anyway. Bring ear plugs!

Friendly staff, laundry service and luggage storage was great. Some mold in our first room but we were moved to another that was fine. Great location, quiet but very close to main square and a great upper restaurant and bar

Excellent customer service. Everything was as advertised. Location was conveniently located close to main visit places. Safe environment.
