The place is old. My room was dark. Unusable balcony. The best view was the back stair view opposite the elevator. I took the stairs most of the time. Hungry Brown restaurant staff just okay. Seemed a bit uptight at times. Front staff and cleaning staff very polite. If you have a long stay I suggest getting a room with a functional balcony. Upside it is VERY close to the BTS Sukhumvit Line (Green) Sanam Pao station and also in walking distance to Ari and Victory Monument.

We rented multiple rooms throughout our trip to Thailand. Two of the three were excellent. The third room was perfectly fine except it had a strong sewer smell when the AC was off. Once the AC got airflow going, it was fine. Next time I would just ask to change rooms, but it was for only two nights so it didn’t really bother me.
Great location right near a BTS station with a terrific cafe on property. The pool area is a total win. It’s large and was shaded in the afternoon, which was perfect after sightseeing all day. We will definitely use Abloom as our Bangkok base got future trips.
