This is third time I am staying at this property with family to perform umrah. It's always very comfortable. Moving to haram is so easy and staff is very kind.

The room was good and so the service. I booked two rooms. Unfortunately due to sudden demise of a family member at home country, I need only one room. I requested hotel reception regarding the refund but they refused.
