Amazing room and amazing view from the floor to ceiling windows. Super spacious, comfortable bed, shower and soaker tub was the best. The outdoor pool was perfect temp, with comfy loungers.

We are a Vietnamese family .
After watching Season 3 of Single’s Inferno and learning that many scenes were filmed at Grand Hyatt Jeju, we decided to stay here for two nights during our trip to Jeju.
It was such a wonderful experience to swim in the same pool featured in the show. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool, and during our three-day stay, we went there every single day.
The food was also excellent. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, with a great variety of choices and high quality.
We stayed in the 135-square-meter room, which was incredibly spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay.
The only small suggestion we have is that it would be even more convenient if the hotel provided toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room, as most hotels in Japan do.
Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay. If we visit Jeju again in the future, we would definitely choose Grand Hyatt Jeju again.
Ps: Our check-in day happened to be my husband’s birthday, and the hotel kindly prepared a small birthday cake and a handwritten birthday card for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special and meaningful. thank you.
