Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive.
Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away.
Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay.
Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.

Nice property but lots of hidden charges above the room rate … ie “Guest Amenity fee of $25 a day” which was explained as to pay for the free coffee in the lobby…..
Also the valet parking is very poorly run. Lots of times there was no one present at the desk. Was explained it is contracted out and hotel has no control over then

Great stay at the Heron! The staff was amazing and always attentive. Front desk, restaurant staff and valet were always so helpful! Our room was nice and very clean. Kudos to the maid staff. Bed was comfy and bathroom good too. We had breakfast and beverages at restaurants and all was good there too. Only complaint is it’s a little pricey to park as we got charged extra on an oversized vehicle. We would definitely stay there again if back in the area
