We checked in later in the evening, around 930pm, and we met Jeremy. He was very welcoming and made us feel at home.
We went upstairs to our room and were pleasantly surprised with how big it was and just how clean it was.
The bed was super comfortable.
The next morning when we were headed out we met Farah. She was also very welcoming and friendly. She answered all of our questions and even walked us towards where we could find what we were looking for instead of just pointing and giving instructions.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Super, super close to Universal’s Epic Universe.
Breakfast was your typical continental style breakfast. The coffee was the best, fresh ground per cup with the fancy coffee maker.
