The towels need to be replaced. My room had too much traffic noise. Only one towel hook in bathroom. Staff and common areas are excellent.

The grounds are gorgeous, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We were only in town for a layover (about 36h) and had the best time here. The location is perfect to visit the old city, and we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Excellent location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything met our expectations, and we had a great stay. No complaints at all, we would happily stay here again. It is truly beautiful.

**A truly regal experience**
I recently stayed at the Verte Hotel in Warsaw, and "regal" is the word that best describes the experience. Staying here feels like staying in a palace, with elegant surroundings, beautiful details, and a sense of grandeur from the moment you walk in. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the location is ideal for exploring the city.
The service matches the setting. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, and Martin at the reception desk is a perfect example, always taking the extra steps to make your stay more than you expected.
I'd happily return to the Verte and would recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw who wants to be treated like royalty.
