The reception staff wasn’t friendly but didn’t affect the hotel service in general

This is my 6th stay at this hotel, absolutely love it. Great staff, spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds. Plenty of water and drinks in the fridge, every day supply. Great breakfast and dinners. Life music. Highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in Palma

Apart from the pool being cold I have no complaints with this hotel. Everything was of a good standard for the price I paid.
