My family stayed at the resort for a week, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We stayed in one of the villas, which was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation.
On our second night, my son's asthma was triggered by a lingering mold odor on the second floor of our villa, and we had to take him to urgent care. I informed Guest Services about the situation, and Spencer was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and accommodating. He promptly arranged for us to move to another villa for the remainder of our stay. After the move, my son was able to enjoy the rest of our vacation comfortably, and we truly appreciated how quickly and professionally Spencer handled the situation.
While the issue with our original villa was unfortunate, the outstanding customer service and genuine care from the staff left a lasting impression. We are grateful for how the situation was resolved and would gladly stay at the resort again.
