We decided on a last minute trip to Phuket for the CNY holiday. We found a Orbitz deal that brought us to Rawai Grand House. The Grand House is a selection of Villas from 1 to 3 bedroom. They were very clean and nice. The place could use a little up keep. The rooms and beds are slightly dated, but the overall stay was very good.

Modern, spacious hotel with good a.m. entities. Although if nobody goes to the bar/order food the staff go home so then you are stranded with nothing to eat/drink
Bit of a rubbish location and you can’t book any trips from the hotel as their English isn’t very good.
All in all an ok hotel and worth the money
