all nice; enough place in my room for my luggage; very close to Tokyo station underground exit so easy access even in case of rain with only ~50m meters outside;
well managed breakfast

Good location.

Hotel room might’ve been small by North American standards, but it had everything I needed and more. Really nice touches like comfy PJs, light controls by the bed, a cosy makeup stand with mirror, a stool, lighting and a place to plug-in hairdryers and curling irons. Very conveniently located only about 400 m from Tokyo Station.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel helped us arrange to transport our luggage to our next hotel and all we had to do was deliver the bags to the front desk.
The room was comfortable and so clean. The beds were comfy and we slept very well. AC worked like a charm. Did I mention how clean it was…
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.
