This was a very pleasant stay. We had to change rooms due to some water and moisture issues, but the staff responded quickly and handled the situation professionally.
This is not a luxury hotel, but rather a comfortable mid-range property that offers excellent value for the money. Our room, carved into the rock, was beautiful, and the unique design—especially the round stone door—gave it a very authentic Cappadocian feel.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. They arranged our airport transfer (€10 per person) and taxis with no hassle. They also recommended the best sunset viewpoint and offered us a much better price for a hot air balloon flight than the one we had booked elsewhere, so we switched to their offer.
Throughout our stay, we always felt welcome. The breakfast was generous, and the terrace offered beautiful views. One of the highlights was watching the hot air balloons take off from the rooftop early in the morning.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

We felt like at home at the Mosaic hotel, the staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delicious they made it fresh every time. I highly recommend it
