The 2 ladies who were at the front desk for the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel was helpful, kind and totally amazing. The room was clean and being able to park on the premises that was secured at night was a bonus during our travel from Paris westwards to San Sebastián, Spain for business. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bristol. Will definitely return when we come by this way again.

What a wonderful hotel in centre of Pau. Manageress extremely helpful and we took her advice to eat at Henry IV restaurant, and very glad we did. Breakfast was lovely.
