What impressed me the most was the exceptional staff. While I was waiting for my room to be ready, they thoughtfully placed the luggage I had left with them directly in my room, which was such a lovely touch.
The hotel itself is stylishly designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic—it’s within easy walking distance of many attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Clean rooms and mainly friendly staff but very busy, so hard to get fast service.
Very convenient for the canals and main shopping streets but about a 10 minute uphill walk to the main Otaru station and about a 20 minute walk to Minami Otaru station up the main tourist shopping street.
