We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌

With the exception of some noise from the restaurant we really enjoyed our stay. As far the noise it was not bad and by 9:pm it was very quiet. My wife and I had a nice time. We will be back.
