I can't say enough about Unconventional Hotel Sorrento. We booked a family room (3 adults), and the room was spacious for us and all of our luggage, spotless, provided privacy for each of us, and had lovely views. The bathroom was spacious as well, and the water provided in the mini fridge was helpful. The included breakfast was one of the best we've ever experienced, with a continental buffet plus a selected menu you could order from. We enjoyed the fresh fruit, eggs & toast as well as the cappuccino. But what really made this stay amazing was the staff. The service level they provided was high, and each staff member we encountered was not only helpful but warm & friendly. They helped us not only with luggage storage, but arranging a driver to & from Naples, getting train tickets, general recommendations. Cristiana, Olga & the breakfast staff were our main contacts, and they really were all above & beyond helpful. As first time visitors, we had questions and they were amazingly patient, kind and customer service oriented. The property IS a 20 min walk to Sorrento - we'd recommend the coastal walk (vs direct, adds 10 min) as it is less trafficky/nicer walk. Or, the metro is so close to the property if you don't want to walk. We didn't mind this at all, but good to know for your planning. We would definitely stay here again. Great staff!

Had to book last minute for one night and they were very accommodating. We dropped our luggage off at 8:00 AM and they stored it for us for the day. Very helpful and polite staff, and a great breakfast!
